I agree. It also makes sense from the long-term perspective.  Add a 1300 seat facility to the property that we have the funding for now and then relocate the middle school seats elsewhere and expand the HS into the emptied MS space.  Most of the ES sites they are considering would require FIRST building new ES seats somewhere else before you can start the HS.  That's going to require more funding immediately and still not going to get the 1300 seats in place on time.[/quote]
