Esol? America has saved plenty of money by not teaching  foreign languages to their own children. They can use it on ESOL now, and ESOL lasts only 1-3 years.
But seriously, I've lived here 20 years now and know only a handful of Americans who can carry a conversation in another language. What a waste of time and money.
I see 3-year old immigrants speak 2 with no problem on the playground. No money spent whatsoever. 
For those who still think they are missing some money because of "illegals", ask the companies who benefit form them.
By the way, I truly believe Melania broke few immigration law and should be sent home. What she did is not hard at all. Many Europeans do it. I've done it twice, but somehow still ended up legal just like her. Melania and I are legal (and white) therefore we are better than them.[/quote]
