Plenty of 1/3 (or smaller) and 1/2 acre lots in Oakton and acre lots in Vienna. The larger lots in Vienna aren't in the town, but in the areas north and west to the town. Also, it's Maple Avenue, not Maple Street. It can be awfully bad at times, but the people who often seem to be most frustrated by it are folks who travel on 123 to get to Oakton or Fairfax and don't know the back routes to avoid sitting in Maple Avenue traffic.
