[/quote] The conspiracy would apply to high income 'goods were coincidentally the largest PTa donor or political celebs get in. So arlington spots are likely a lottery, for example. Not sure if a real thing but your anecdote doesn't really prove either way [/quote] It's was just anecdotal. It does makes sense that with all of the over crowding, wealth, and high achievement in North Arlington, it would be harder to snag an HB slot. [/quote]
