The so what, as someone who went through fertility treatments, is she'll probably never be honest about it.  Most of them aren't.  Which does disservice to a very real medical problem that many people suffer through and it would be nice if more celebrities were just open and honest.  It would help remove the stigma from fertility struggles, which is real.

Every twin is not the result of IVF. Older mothers have a higher rate of producing twins, with or without help. And, I hope you are not one of those posters who always say that celebrities should just shout up and do what they are paid to do - sing, dance, act, etc. [/quote]
