People can see for themselves what happened yesterday.  There was no need to call further attention to it.

Not only that, but just because Spicer comes out and says that the MLK bust wasn't removed doesn't mean it wasn't. Sure, maybe it's there now, but that doesn't mean it wasn't removed and then replaced.

The important point is: this tit for tat should be BENEATH the president. Rather than shouting about the lying media, Spicer should say, "There were reports that the bust of MLK was removed from the oval office. This is incorrect, the bust remains. Next question?"[/quote]
