I can understand Meri's feelings. This is her only child and the other three wives have 4, 6 and 6 children. They are from a very strict lifestyle that does not condone homosexuality. For Meri to come to terms with this is naturally going to be more difficult than for most of us. She has felt gypped because she wanted lots of kids and she couldn't have any more. She's not happy with Cody and feels alone. She had a vision of what her life would be like with just Mariah and this is not anything she imagined. I feel for her and think she should leave the family and seek something that will bring her happiness in life.[/quote]

Just a PSA using the term "gypped" is considered a slur, implying gypsys are out to cheat you.  Similar vein to not using the term "indian giver" which is a slur against american indians implying give something and take it back.[/quote]
