It's new, but I don't like it, so I don't invest in the cosmetic stuff. Anyway, if my visiting mom started pointing out the obvious, I'd tell her to shut it. Number one, don't care. Number two, I know all the house's faults, see number one. Number three, I got my reasons for doing or not doing anything at all.
