My family loves a lot of the games on your list! Especially Apples to Apples and Clue! When they were really little, our kids loved Candyland and Chutes and Ladders- those games are classics for a reason. Yes, the adults get tired of them, but they're a nice way for kids to start to learn about the concepts of games: taking turns, counting spaces, dealing with winning and losing.

Kids in my family who ended up liking engineering type activities really liked Kerplunk and Jenga. Adults can enjoy these, too.
