I can tell you the ones to avoid: Apple to Apples (jr or adult) Life Trouble Chutes and Ladders anything Disney princess Candyland Monopoly Clue (unless they actually can really all play on their own) Yatzee Checkers/Othello Uno Guess Who (although Guess Where is pretty good) War, Go Fish, or Old Maid. There are so many good games by Blue Orange, Asmodee, and SET enterprises. Stick to those 3 companies and you won't be disappointed.
My family loves a lot of the games on your list! Especially Apples to Apples and Clue! When they were really little, our kids loved Candyland and Chutes and Ladders- those games are classics for a reason. Yes, the adults get tired of them, but they're a nice way for kids to start to learn about the concepts of games: taking turns, counting spaces, dealing with winning and losing. Kids in my family who ended up liking engineering type activities really liked Kerplunk and Jenga. Adults can enjoy these, too.
