If OP is confident in the grandparents caregiving there is absolutely no reason she shouldn't do this. [/quote] Maybe some or even most babies. One of mine had separation anxiety starting at two months and was miserable if we left him with anyone. It was kind of unbelievable and it sucked, but there is no way I would have left him to take a trip. I wouldn't do it with any baby, though.[/quote]
