That doesn’t matter. The 12 jurors matter. You just watch how this will unfold. I grew up in NYC and can think of only 2 people in my circle of friends who will undoubtedly convict him. Both are male & wealthy. This is not what the jury will look like. There will be women, and people with negative sentiments towards the healthcare insurance industry on that bench.

It doesn’t help that the alleged perp is very good looking, educated, well spoken, and supposedly excessively kind and likable, while the murder victim was the head of a greedy company, had DUIs, was being investigated by the DOJ for insider trading and his wife left him hears ago. I feel for his kids who not only lost their father but now also have to read in the news how no one cares.
