Many of us noted throughout the litigation that they were pursing an overly aggressive strategy that wasn’t going to pay off. They filed over a dozen motions for sanctions and then 200 subpoenas to content creators, for example. Most litigation clients are cost conscious and lawyers fine tune their approach in a way that didn’t happen here.[/quote]
