Since that model is to have everyone else develop the talent and you sweep up the floating cream as they go into HS. I will agree though, there is a lot of chaos at the 30 and 31 level with all the teams in the region. A lot of players are moving around every year as parents attempt to find the sweet spot for their kid (which I don't believe exists right now).[/quote]
