Maybe CB and JR expected BB to come in the room  for the role play but once him and JM entered (and gun was pointed by BB at JR) it all went down - shot JR quickly, moved toward CB and stabbed her while she was restrained/in shock, JR still moving/making noises, then the second gun and shot comes into play, suspect JM already had it in her hand, so they both had guns to keep JR cornered when they walked in, and then she quickly shoots him (the second shot). Don't really know how to understand the delay in the calls - waiting until they were more sure JR was dead?
