Don't really know how to understand the delay in the calls - waiting until they were more sure JR was dead?

The commonwealth stance seems to be that CB did not actually create the fetlife account. I am going to presume they will present evidence to show that the messages could not have been sent by CB. Probably not hard to prove depending on timing of messages compared to say, when she worked. I work in healthcare and there will be a documentation trail of every single thing she did during her shifts, the time she pulled meds from the pyxis, the time she gave meds, the time she documented any tiny thing on each patient, and on and on. Ok but what she did or didn't do with BB prior really has nothing to do with this or what happened the day she was murdered (which based on the arrests and preliminary tidbits from the prosecution, seems to not have been an account set up by her).
