This is the latest progressive talking point -- we supposedly need the illegals because they will do the jobs that are so unpleasant that legal Americans won't do them.  I heard somebody yesterday on TV say "if you think grocery prices are high now, just wait until Trump gets rid of all the illegals."

how is this different from slavery of dark skinned people two centuries ago?  I bet the southern states said exactly the same thing - "if you get rid of slaves, the lack of cheap labor will be a big problem and the rest of the country will have to pay more for cotton."

If you can’t see the difference between people who are here voluntarily and are paid, and people who were kidnapped and forced to come here against their will and work for free, then I can’t help you.  But please go on about how MAGAs are really helping immigrants out by capturing them, sticking them in cages, and then sending them to places they don’t want to be.[/quote]
