I thought about this, too, about just adding to the existing schools, especially given the demographic cliff, but I think the problem for some of the schools is that they lack space to build an addition.

I am showing my age but when they were rebuilding RM awhile back, they had an option for a full third level floor that was going to stay undeveloped/closed off almost like an attic. And if needed in the future, it was just a matter of finishing it internally.

Oh my that’s crazy. So cheap to pay a little more upfront. Though I can understand the competing funds needed elsewhere, but man I wonder how much extra that would have been.

Same with every other school redone, Whitman and Churchill were made too small from the get go in the 90s when rebuilt.
