I'd imagine that in many settings the skill set is the same. The people being lateralled would just do other functions, using the same skills and qualifications.[/quote] I think people believe the federal government is like academia where these positions had obscure dei requirements in the job posting and only had dei skillsets. In our agency they just added dei to existing HR positions [/quote]
