Semi related, but there were Drag Queen Story Hours held at public libraries all around the DMV and in other liberal parts of the country that were caught on tape and went viral on social media.

If you thought these things were “cute”and didn’t actively oppose them, don’t cry about Trump when a mom in Dearborn or a Hispanic man in New Jersey votes Trump for no other reason than they, RIGHTLY, think that kind of stuff is weird and they want no part of a party that looks the other way and tacitly supports it.

In the 1990s and 2000s, any mainstream Dem would look at you like you were crazy if you told there were drag queens reading books to kids in staged events at public libraries. And this type of crap is one of the reasons Trump won.
