There are mostly Ds on DCUM, as the PP said, but there is definitely a small contingent of prolific MAGAs who are constantly starting threads to scream about various “issues”. Some are local but many aren’t. And, right on schedule, their hysterics build before big elections.

PP here. Then what exactly is your point? You never said OP is a MAGA, but maybe you want to imply that... OP *might* be a MAGA? Or maybe you want to imply that all the people who agree with OP are MAGAs?

Surely you can count the number of posters who have identified as lefty or progressive who said they agree with OP, whoever s/he is. The point still stands: you've got your head in the sand about how your natural audience is diminishing, and why that is.[/quote]

The earlier parts of the conversation were cut out at some point - not sure why - so you're taking it all out of context and misinterpreting what was actually said.

1. I never said there isn't anything wrong at NPR.  
2. I agreed with PP1 that many posters were exaggerating about the number of stories & they probably haven't listened lately. 
3. I commented on how Republicans on DCUM tend to fabricate hysterics, especially during election years. 
4. I never said everyone who doesn't like NPR or exaggerates about the number of "woke" stories is MAGA. 
5. I never said OP was MAGA. 
6. I never said Russian bots were causing NPR problems.
