And people are still dicking around weakening the crime bill, slowing the votes and appointing murderers to the Sentencing Commission and making it part of Secure DC that the Council appointee must always have been incarcerated. It's a clear signal from the Chair, no less. Matt "no paper" Graves exhorted them to "send a message" and "stop the revolving door" with their appointment.
