"One doesn't have a constitutional right to be put on a ballot for president nor to be elected president. Presidential aspiration is a privilege, not a right and denying him that does not threaten his life, liberty or property. " Wut? ARTICLE TWO, SECTION ONE "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States." Those are the only requirements.
You are taking the quote out of context. I was responding to the person who is trying to claim that Trump is being deprived of due process. Explain how being barred from the primary ballot is threatening his life, his liberty or his property. Explain which of those clauses of due process is he in danger from should be be kept off the ballot? The due process clause does not apply here at all. That is the point.
