Not sure DC will ever really recover. When leases expire, feds and CRE will downsize or move. Being pro-business generates the $$$ for all the wacky ideas so cherished in DC. The deal has been in the works for MONTHS. DC was more or less indifferent until 12 hours before the press conference. Whatever that says, not good. Congrats to VA on this deal, on Amazon and on the VA Tech campus that will set your kids up for success rather than illiteracy and carjacking. [/quote]
