BLC is proven. With exception of the 28s BLC teams rank in (or near) the top ten (29s are #11). The 27s were a top ten team and half of them made Capital Blue and are on track to get recruited to great programs. Past BLC players will soon head to play at Stanford, Northwestern, Penn, Harvard, Brown, UVA and Maryland.
Did these girls play BLC in 8th grade?
What happened with the 2028 BLC team?
A few years ago, a group of players left for Hero's Green and it started a mass exodus. The BLC 28 team used to have a lot of talent but is a shell now. Everyone left.
Wrong. BLC 28 is an anomaly. Every other BLC team is top / near top 10. Check the stats. Poster is a 28 ex-BLC dad who took his DD to Hero’s bec BLC was an off year. Who can blame him - I would have done the same thing. Except I’d have more class than to spit on the club I left. Bush-league stuff. If this guy’s DD was a 27 or 29 he’d be silent on this forum.
The only thing Wrong is your Reading Comprehension. A PP asked what happened to the BLC 28 team. The answer above describes what happened for the 28 team, nothing more nothing less and nothing about other years for BLC teams.
Read the comment to which the response was given: "A few years ago, a group of players left for Hero's Green and it started a mass exodus. The BLC 28 team used to have a lot of talent but is a shell now," he claims. Put your glasses on: the "mass exodus" comment wasn't specific to the 28s; he misleads readers to think players left the club prior and a lack of pipeline talent led to 28 underperformance. Also gives the misimpression post 28-BLC pipeline isn't strong. All wrong, as stated. The response to the PP clarifies the 28s are an anomoly and notes the strength of the other BLC years for factual reference.
