This whole thing was for show and the state doesn't have a case. That DA looks like a fool.[/quote]

ITA. I posted on here that I thought the DA had a really tough case to prove. Now I think they were just seeking attention. Charging someone with a violation of a law that wasn't even on the books at the time of the act is enormously sloppy.[/quote]
