There are more countries in the world than just Russia and the US.   What sentence would a French citizen get?   A Mongolian citizen?   A Kenyan?  Etc.

And really, even if Russia choses to punish French citizens and Kenyan citizens  lighter than American citizens--that's their prerogative.  Don't like it?  Think it's unfair?   There's an easy solution--DON'T GO THERE![/quote]
