[/quote] If they are an electives teacher they have likely spent years building their program. When you teach students for 4 years in a row you tend to plan 5 years at a time. They probably also recruited at the middle school levels to fill their programs. There is zero incentive to plan behind the current week if you’re an electives teacher that will just get moved every year and likely at the last minute. [/quote]
