Courtney did it! I listened to a podcast about it and was blown away. I'd never heard that theory/rumor before. I was absolutely convinced after the podcast.

It was made by the private investigator that Courtney hired to prove that she wasn’t involved in Kurt’s death. I never really followed this story but I seem to remember that it was things like the gun he was shot with had a longer barrel than he could have reached to the trigger. Stuff like that. [/quote]
