Totally. The only thing I agree with is the bolded and its not because of the way PP depicted it. The guy should have collected his receipt and calmly called his lawyer on retainer to sue the establishment. End of story. Now he's out a $2 million a year job and defending himself in criminal court and possibly civil court. He may still sue the smoothie shop but the damage is already done.[/quote]
