It's also true that younger kids are more often referred to testing for supposed learning disabilities or other issues because they fidget more and can't conform to the rules of the classroom which creates a whole set of other issues to deal with. Which isn't fair to kids who are just young for the grade and younger than peers. They are being compared against older kids, like it or not.[/quote]
