DP but the charge was forcible groping of the genitals.  It's bizarre to assert, on the basis of nothing, that that action absolutely did not entail a finger entering a vagina to any degree.  We don't know that he did but you don't know that he didn't and the charge certainly leaves open the possibility.  If you followed the link upthread it takes you to the actual police interviews of the girls at the time it was brought to the police's attention and they say they don't know or remember what happened because they were so young and he did it to them while they were sleeping.  They woke up to him throwing himself on the ground to try to hide.

And we do know he almost beat a prostitute to death later and now child pornography, so it's especially weird to take the position that "what he did was bad enough" as though he didn't continue to commit sex crimes and it already hasn't gotten worse.[/quote]
