One could assume that they had the black suit at hand considering the declining health of the Prince.. It is almost like Prince Charles had some kind of statement to make with it, almost like.. a WAY OVERDUE teen rebelion against the strict father who could not do anything to control him at this point? If it was, I don't hold this against him. It is insane to be born a next in line to the throne and have zero freedom of choice. This is when being poor beats the daylight of this option.
