The obvious alternative for these cops that should be too stupid and emotionally disturbed to be LEOs was to just do nothing. Drop the kid off with MCPS and then just leave, file a report if that’s required and then go home to their families. We cannot forget that it’s a five year old. No action is a viable alternative.
