Because this virtual isn’t an education to many many kids who don’t have IEPs and those on FARMs. School isn’t just for them, FYI. My rich white kid is entitled to FAPE too. Kids in suburbs across country are in school. Districts with higher numbers! Get on with it, APS. [/quote]
