His reaction was moving.  Trump didn’t want this; he liked RBG in spite of the nasty things she said about him.  And some of this things were really nasty.  But Trump liked her; he truly did.[/quote]

You are seeing fear.  He knows that he can't control her, which he both hates and respects.  Nonetheless he still tries to control her.  It's a Mommy thing, I think.[/quote]

I actually believe that this was a sincere reaction to being informed of her actual passing. Obviously, those in the know have been aware for a couple of weeks or so that she was declining fast (most likely) so it's not a real surprise and they are prepared. But still, hearing that it actually occurred, is always news and a bit jarring.[/quote]
Yes I agree with you, it's one of those rare sincere moments of his life, because he just heard about it.  That tells me he enjoys sparring with her.  The only other time, I'm aware if him acting that way, it was a woman who did business with her, so of course he didn't pay.  Then she tricked him into paying in advance for another product which she didn't deliver.  He called her up and congratulated her. [/quote]
