Not a NP because I posted about 12 pages ago, but the "Karen" meme absolutely refers to a white woman. It's a stereotype.

I'm not sure why you are certain he was harassing her (and even "continuing to harass her") before she overreacted and he turned on the cell camera? The conversation he recounts doesn't sound like harassment, and she isn't claiming now that he did.[/quote]
