1) DOJ Guidelines = President cannot be indicted for a crime, resolution is impeachment;
2) Impeachment need not outline crimes, don't want to create an issue should removed president needs to be indicted for crime, thus
3) House impeachment outlines the contours of a crime without citing statue, because statutory law need not be cited, per US Constitution

This was explained about a million times in the impeachment thread and by the House Managers during the impeachment trial. It is a total red-herring that the House did not charge statutory crimes and a cop out for anyone to continue to cite it at this juncture.
