Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha - listen closely.  It will never, ever, happen.  Whitman and Churchill parents will NEVER allow MCPS to bus kids into their school or build "Blacks/Hispanics Only" housing in their neighborhoods.  They are way too politically connected.  You can complain about how we need to put more minorities into these schools but the only way to do that is to build wealth in those two minority groups.  Luckily, the Black and Hispanic unemployment rates are at or approaching historic lows.[/quote]
