It wasn't a Justice who did this. It was a clerk with an agenda. [/quote] The report specifically says that all personnel who were requested to do so provided their call and text logs and billing statements. While this may not include the text themselves, it would have identified anyone corresponding with a reporter on those phones. Which leads me to believe even more that a justice did this.[/quote]
