I’ve seen enough of these videos that I’m pretty sure ICE intentionally does this.  The agents shout contradictory commands to both move and get out of the car, they stick their hands in the windows and walk in front of the victims car to keep them from moving, sometimes they even box the victim in with an ICE vehicle, and then they eventually drag the victim out accusing them of not following commands they couldn’t actually follow.[/quote]
