Correct, if we didn't go in during the convoy stage with F16 donations or drones, it's Annex Talks in a year. 
No better options in Jan, in Feb, in March, in April, in May, in June...

Just biding time, wasting money and human lives until Putin writes his Annexation ticket, to augment his Crimea invasion during the Obama years. [/quote]
