Clubs will already decide to group by grade and not let players play down. What would really help is if a rule was implemented by the league saying that Aug and younger players must play on the team thats their grade in school. Then you wont have the edge case PINA parents hounding clubs to play down.[/quote]

No, because then parents will start to want full GY. A July kid in the younger grade will want to be on the younger team. You know, for recruiting, and all.[/quote]
