When he sings Fallingforyou I imagine his lyrics are describing her house (his set), “All we need’s my bike and your enormous house.”  lol. This one is my favorite, though.

Taylor's song False God sounds very much like Fallingforyou. She really did steal a lot of his ideas, both lyrically and musically.

Fallingforyou was released in 2013 and Matty used it to flirt with Taylor by dedicating the song to her at a concert in 2014. False God was released in 2022. It’s pretty clear whose idea it was first.

Lots of Taylor’s songs and ideas are “referencing”, “sampling”, “borrowing” from and collaborating with some of the best artists, musicians and producers in the world. The 1975, yes and a lot, but other artists too, and the Jack Antonoffs of the music world. 
She is no genius, however she and her father have excellent business acumen, that’s for sure.[/quote]
