democrats imprisoned protesters who trespassed at the Capitol. Why can’t we imprison or deport people illegally in our country?
Law Enforcement Officials imprisoned AFTER a grand jury and jury/judicial convictions, people who ILLEGALLY trespassed and caused damage to the US Captiol all while interfering with a Constitutionally mandated action. "democrats" didn't do it, a jury of your peers did it, as is mandated in the Constitution, but since you don't care about the Constitution, the discussion here really doesn't matter.
Deportation doesn’t require a “grand jury” or “judicial convictions.” Deportations aren’t a punishment, they are a function of national government for people illegally in the country. Why don’t you get this?
Deportation is transporting someone to their home country and dropping them off there, so that they can make a life there. It is not sending them to South Sudan or a prison in a third country.
That’s why Garcia was sent to El Salvador, his home country and democrats had a hissy fit.
It takes a world of patience to discuss this with maga. That’s not why anyone was sent to El Salvador. They were sent to a for-profit torture prison.
I hate to break it to you, but lots of our prisons are for-profit also. Fact remains Abrego Garcia is an illegal alien native to El Salvador and when we deport people we send them to their home country. In his case, that was El Salvador. And his home country, not the US, decided to imprison him. We brought him back to the US to face charges so now he'll likely become a profit center for a US prison company before being sent to Salvador to serve the rest of his life.
