The judge deemed the informant trustworthy in this case as did the appeals board. What happened later doesn’t discount this case. This wasn’t a trial. You don’t have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that someone was in a gang. He was deportable anyway because he entered illegally and didn’t claim amnesty for years - not until he was picked up in 2019. Garcia didn’t even pushback at the time on the allegation. [/quote]
