I'd feel terrible for the dog but I would view that as the fault of their idiot owner who not only let their dog run around off leash but didn't even know how to keep them from running up on some random person and their dog. I would support having your dog taken away from you and given to someone who isn't an idiot and knows how to care for an animal.[/quote]
