It's a recruiting tool and one questionably in the rules. Fwiw my kid is in a few of the pictures and her current plan is to play elsewhere. This increased the team from 12 to 14 even though parents were told 12. I’ve been told by parents on 2013s that it is like a revolving door of girls just showing up and playing random games. It doesn’t feel like a team, but rather, individual players.[/quote]

With the 2013s that is what happens when the 2012 coach grabs their best players to dual roster for ECNL[/quote]
