Require e-verify;
Close the border to illegals/ phony asylum cases;
10% fee to govt on remittances;

No warnings necessary.  It isn't as if this issue has suddenly cropped up or that hiring undocumented immigrants (those without visas permitting them to work) hasn't been illegal forever.

And what's cease and desist?  Just jail the people who ignore the laws of this country with regard to employing people who are not so entitled.  1 year per serson.  Sentences to run consecutively.[/quote]
