You want lower prices, you need a single payer system (Like most of Europe and Canada) with a supplemental private system for those who choose to pay more. But you cannot have healthcare executives making $100M+/year. You have to view healthcare as a given right and make it not-for-profit. The for profit portion is what drives up the costs. [/quote]
