Because the number of people it affects by blocking a lane is far greater than the number of people it serves. Because it has an unfair advantage over other businesses that are not permitted to operate in a traffic lane. Because it is an eyesore. Because it does not meet the streetery program standards. Because in six weeks it's going to too cold for it to be in use. [/quote]
